O destinaciji

Obradivo zemljište u bivšoj pokrajini Bari iskorištava se uzgojem maslina i grožđa, ali i trešanja, breskvi i badema. Iz te poljoprivredne djelatnosti dobiva se maslinovo ulje, vino i stolno grožđe. Bitonto je posebno poznat po ekstra djevičanskom maslinovom ulju, a Corato, Coratina i Giovinazzo nalaze se uz značajna proizvodna područja. Središta proizvodnje vina uglavnom su koncentrirana u Gravini i Ruvo di Puglia, na sjeveru Barija, te u Adelfiji, Noicattaru, Rutiglianu i Locorotondu, na jugu Barija.
