Customers have to follow the indications to the luggage reclaim belts and once they have arrived to the floor where the belts are located, they should go down to the floor -1 (without leaving the building) by using the lifts or the escalator. They will have to go to the rent a car area and they will find our office there. The Walk-in Customers have to go to the rental car park situated next to the public car park located on level 0. This is the Vehicle Drop-off Area where our branch is situated.
