Obradivo zemljište u bivšoj pokrajini Bari iskorištava se uzgojem maslina i grožđa, ali i trešanja, breskvi i badema. Iz te poljoprivredne djelatnosti dobiva se maslinovo ulje, vino i stolno grožđe.
