Terme 3000 is located in Moravske Toplice, a small town in the north-eastern part of Slovenia called Prekmurje (Murania). The centre consists of three high-quality hotels. Livada Prestige*****, Hotel Ajda**** and Hotel Termal****. All three hotels offer the possibility of swimming in their own pools. The source of the thermo-mineral water was discovered by chance more than 60 years ago during the search for oil. The thermal water is known as the black gold. The Terme 3000 Thermal Park covers an area of 5,000 m² and consists of a lower section for lively and active visitors, ideal for families, and an upper section with quiet corners and several saunas, designed primarily for relaxation and rest.
Guests of the Hotel Ajda have unlimited access to the hotel swimming pool with regular thermal water and "black" thermal mineral water, as well as free access to the pools of the nearby Hotel Termal and the Terme 3000 bathing complex. The restaurant serves hearty breakfasts and tasty dinners, while the bar, tavern and games room for young people lend themselves to good conversation and evenings in good company. There is also a fitness room and saunas. The hotel is connected to the Hotel Livada Prestige and Hotel Termal, as well as to the Thermalium Wellness Centre and the Terme 3000 Thermal Park via a covered walkway.
