After breakfast, departure for Postojna, the land of karst and its caves.
We will start from Predjama castle. A true medieval wonder, hidden in the rock for more than 800 years. Its uniqueness makes it one of the 10 most fascinating castles in the world, thanks to its location and tunnels carved into the stone.
After a break for leisure, lunch, coffee or souvenir shopping, follows the visit that is something mandatory for foreign tourists coming to Slovenia, namely to Postojna Caves. The Caves are known all over the world, with its 24 km of tunnels and the little train that allows tourists to see its treasures. The guide in Italian explains the history and the peculiarities of this underground world made of tunnels and magnificent halls. Postojna Cave amazes with its grandeur and the beauty of its stalactites and stalagmites. As if that wasn't enough, inside it also hides the baby dragon, the Proteus. An experience that leaves its visitors breathless.
