O destinaciji

Smješten samo 127 kilometara od obale Afrike, Lanzarote je najistočniji od Kanarskih otoka. Kao i ostali Kanarski otoci, Lanzarote je vulkanskog podrijetla. Zbog nedavnih erupcija tijekom 18. i 19. stoljeća, mnogi dijelovi Lanzarotea izgledaju kao da su s drugog svijeta, često opisani kao 'lunarni' ili 'marsovski'. Među mnogim zadivljujućim vulkanskim značajkama Lanzarotea je najduži vulkanski tunel na svijetu, tunel Atlantida, koji je dug preko 7 km i uključuje La Cueva de los Verdes i Jameos del Agua. Unatoč vulkanskoj prirodi otoka, Lanzarote ima nekoliko prekrasnih bijelih plaža kao što su one u Playa Blanca, Papagayo i Caleton Blanco.
