About the offer

About the destination

The Province of Brindisi is located in southeastern Italy, extending for 1,839 square kilometers (710 square miles), the second smallest province in the region after the Province of Barletta-Andria-Trani. It was established in 1927 from the ancient Terra d'Otranto. With the Adriatic Sea to the east, it borders the Province of Bari to the north, the Province of Taranto to the west, and the Province of Lecce to the southeast. The northern, central and western parts are mountainous with many forests, with the Murgia hills of particular interest, while to the northwest, bordering the provinces of Taranto and Bari, it is lower, with the Itria Valley (Itria Valley). The maximum height reached within the province is 414 meters (1,358 feet) above sea level, near Selva di Fasano. The other peaks are slightly lower and are located in the north-central area. The coast of the province is 80,606 kilometers (50,086 miles) long, partly rocky, with many alternate stretches of sandy beaches, small ports and bays. To the south it is essentially flat and widely used for crops.

We may process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • where it is necessary for the performance of our legal obligations (e.g. invoicing for goods purchased);
  • where the processing of your personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract you have entered into with us or because you have requested a quotation from us;
  • where you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data for a specific processing purpose, in which case you always have the right to withdraw your consent (e.g. for tailored information about our offer based on profiling);
  • where we have a legitimate interest in processing your personal data, for example to send you an email if you have left the shopping basket on our website without completing your purchase.

Purposes of the processing of personal data

We may use your personal data for one or more of the following purposes:

  • to communicate with you about the provision of our services and to respond to your enquiries;
  • to enter into a contract and to perform our obligations under that contract;

Voluntary provision of data and consequences of non-provision

The provision of personal data is voluntary. You are not obliged to provide us with personal data, but if you do not provide us with personal data, you may not receive certain services or enter into a contract with us. We do not pass on your personal data or make it available to third parties (outside Hiša daril d.o.o.), except to those who have a written contract with us, on the basis of which they carry out certain tasks related to data processing and are obliged to comply with the legislation on the processing and protection of personal data (so-called contractual processors). The contractual processors to whom we pass on personal data are:

  • marketing service providers
  • call studio providers
