All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. All additional drivers must appear at the rental counter and present their driver's license. Additional drivers can be added to the contract at any rental location within the same country and at any time during the rental. An additional driver fee of 5.00 EUR per day applies.

The minimum age requirement to rent all vehicles is 25. The maximum age to rent is 79. Renters between the age of 18 and 24 may rent the categories Mini, Economy, Compact. A young driver fee of 12.00 EUR per day applies to all renters between the age of 18 and 24. Young drivers must have held their driving license for a minimum of 3 years. Renters between the age of 76 and 79 may rent all categories. An senior driver fee of 10 EUR per day applies to all renters between the age of 76 and 79.

Travel is not permitted outside of Cyprus.

Collision Damage Waiver does not cover : mirror damage, tire punctures, wheel damage, interior damage, chipped or cracked windshield, wrong fuel, roof damage, undercarriage damage, damage to lights or lenses, mechanical damage, theft of the vehicle or damage resulting from theft, damage from riots or civil unrest, or damage from dangerous substances.

Collision Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, an unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic lawas, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle. Insurance companies do not offer any coverage to the rental vehicle if driven in the northern part of Cyprus that is not under the control of the Cyprus Republic. Enterprise (Autodirect/Laki Rent A Car LTD) is also unable to provide any roadside assistance there in the case of breakdown or accident. Driving to the northern part of Cyprus is done entirely at the renter's own risk. Enterprise (Autodirect/Lakis Rent A Car LTD) has the right to claim from the renter any amount to cover damages caused to the rental vehicle when driven in the northern part of Cyprus.

All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was collected from will be subject to a one-way fee. This one-way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick-up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, the desired route, and car category.

CDWTP Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection covers the vehicle’s damage liability, fire and theft with a deductible amount. For car categories Mini – 950.00 EUR; Economy – 950.00 EUR; Compact – 950.00 EUR; Standard – 1250.00 EUR; Intermediate Wagon - 1250.00 EUR; Compact SUV – 1250.00 EUR; Intermediate SUV - 1250.00 EUR; Intermediate Van -1250.00 EUR; Standard Van-1250.00 EUR, Full size van – 1450.00 EUR; Luxury car – 3000.00 EUR. CDWTP does not provide any coverage concerning damages to the main body of the car or damages caused to the underside part of the vehicle, inside part of the vehicle-saloon, wind shields, mirrors, wheels and tires. All accidents and damages must be notified immediately to the rental company at the time of the incident. Failure to do so will be in breach of Terms and Conditions and insurance cover will be invalid. All accidents must be supplemented by insurance and or police report where necessary. In the event of theft or attempted theft, driver(s) must be in possession of vehicle keys. CDWTP does not cover stolen personal items. CDWTP will not be covered if theft occurred due to negligence.

Exceptions: The insurance does not cover damages that occur off road, driving with negligence, parking lots, or driving to the North of Cyprus as it is not under the control of the republic of Cyprus. Alamo (Autodirect Car Rentals Ltd. / Lakis Rent A Car Ltd) is also unable to provide any Roadside Assistance in the North of Cyprus in the case of breakdown, theft or accident. Driving to the north part of Cyprus is done entirely at the renter’s own risk. Cost of rental includes unlimited kilometers, TPI - Third Party Insurance, Airport Fee and VAT.

The rental vehicle is to be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the time of rental pickup. In cases of where the rental is returned with less than this amount of fuel the difference based on the local market price will apply.

TWP - WUG - wheels, underside and glass - covers damages to the interior of the vehicle saloon, underside, windshields, mirrors and tires of the rental vehicle. Basic condition is that any damage is not due to any infringement of road code circulation. The daily charge for all vehicle classes is 4.20 EUR per day including VAT for all car groups. No insurance covers damages that occur off road. Insurance companies do not offer any coverage to the rental vehicle if driven in the north part of Cyprus not under the control of the Cyprus Republic. Alamo is also unable to provide any Roadside Assistance there in the case of breakdown or accident. Driving to the north part of Cyprus is done entirely at the renters own risk. CDWTP2 Partial Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection reduces the deductible amount that is applied to CDWTP. Daily charge is 9.00 EUR including VAT. Visa, Diners and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter’s name. A security deposit will be blocked on the credit card and the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup. The deposit will be released by the cardholder's bank upon notification of return of the vehicle. The car categories Mini, Economy require a deposit of 290.00 EUR, Compact, Intermediate and Standard vehicles have a 390.00 EUR deposit and Premium, Full size and Luxury vehicles require a 1000.00 EUR deposit. Debit cards and cash cards are accepted as forms of payment for the rental or to purchase additional products. The deposit must be paid with a valid credit card. Rescue line will visit the scene of an accident and create a report. In the event the vehicle breaks down the renter should call the phone number provided on the rental agreement. Service is available 24hrs. If the car has a dead battery, the battery or the car will be changed out. If the battery is dead because the customer left the vehicles lights on the customer will be charged a fee to cover petrol expenses. In the event of a flat tire the service provider will replace the tire with a spare and visit our nearest office to fix or replace it. Without the purchase of TWP - WUG - insurance the customer will be charged a fee for tire replacement. If the car breaks down for any other reason the car will be replaced free of charge. Vehicle replacement within 24 hours. A fee is assessed in the following situations - lost keys, lockouts, fuel delivery, fuel outages, and jumpstart. Insurance companies do not offer any coverage to the rental vehicle if driven in the north part of Cyprus not under the control of the Cyprus Republic. Alamo, Autodirect-Lakis Rent A Car Ltd, is also unable to provide any Roadside Assistance there in the case of breakdown or accident. A valid International or European Union driving license for at least 12 months, identity card or passport must be shown at the time of rental. If under the age of 25 the license must have been held by the driver for over 3 years.

SCDWTWP Super Collision Damage Waiver and Tires Windshield Protection with zero excess. Daily charge 13.00 EUR inclusive of VAT for all car categories. All excess is zero with the exception of the Luxury group which is 2000.00 EUR. All accidents and damages must be notified immediately to the rental company at the time of the incident. Failure to do will be in breach of Terms and Conditions and insurance cover will be invalid. All accidents must be supplemented by insurance and or police report where necessary. The purchase or inclusion of CDWTP Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection cover is required for renters to qualify for the purchase of SCDWTWP cover.

Free cancellation of the reservation if you cancel within 13/02/2026 of the 10:30. Free cancellation allows the refund of the amount paid during the online booking process, on the same card used.

An administrative penalty of 65.25 EUR will be applied (this will be equal to the advance paid during the online booking process) where the cancellation is carried out after 10:30 of 13/02/2026. In any case, no refund will be provided if the vehicle is not picked up at the agreed date and time or where the vehicle is not delivered because the rental conditions stated in the terms and conditions are not met,or where the cancellation is carried out after the start time of the rental.
